Native Botanical Brewery was born from a deep connection to culture, flavour, and Country. Founded by Corey Grech, a proud Gamilaraay and Wonnarua man, this proudly First Nations-owned brewery celebrates Australia’s native ingredients through a unique range of brews made with care and intention.

Drawing inspiration from family, tradition, and the bush foods that shaped his childhood, Corey set out to create something different—refreshing non-alcoholic ginger beers, complex cold brew coffees, and crisp native lagers that carry the bold, untamed spirit of the land.

Using ingredients like Lemon Myrtle, Wattleseed, and other native botanicals, every drink is a tribute to Australia’s rich natural heritage. Hand-crafted and brewed with purpose, these flavours are designed to awaken the senses and honour the stories they come from.

“It all started with memories of my family gatherings,” Corey shares. “The flavours, the laughter it’s all in there.”
