The name says it all!

Having grown up in Wagga Wagga in regional New South Wales, Will is a country boy at heart.

Working as a chef in Sydney for several years, Will perfected his craft and honed in on his ideas, particularly enhancing cooking with sauces, spices and marinades. His greatest inspiration came from his time at Clove Lane, a modern European bistro in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

In 2020 Will returned home to establish Wagga Will’s, where he has direct access to the Riverina’s freshest produce. This enabled Will to realise his ambition to make the finest sauces and condiments using locally sourced ingredients.
