Australian regional homebrew Championships

The Australian Regional Homebrew Championships will discover and celebrate the pre-eminent regional homebrewer. Who will be crowned the 2023 Nosh Homebrew Champion?

Beer brewing is both an art and a science - and we’re celebrating both during the Australian Regional Homebrew Championships.

There are three categories – pale ale/pacific ale; pilsner/lager; or stout/porter/dark.

In 2023 the Australian Regional Homebrew Championships made their return to the Nosh Food and Drink Festival.

The overall winners of the 2023 Australian Regional Homebrew Championships were:

1st James Overton (stout/Porter/dark)

2nd Beryl Burke (pilsner/lager)

3rd Rob Meppem (pale ale/pacific ale)
