Terms and Conditions for the Nosh Narrabri Long Lunch 2025 Event:

General Terms and Conditions:

1.1. This ticket enables you to enjoy the Nosh Narrabri Long Lunch courtesy of Relish Catering

1.2. By purchasing a ticket for the Nosh Long Lunch event, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Age Restrictions:

2.1. The Long Lunch Event is strictly for individuals who are 18 years old and above.

2.2. Proof of age may be requested upon entry to the event. Patrons must present a valid identification document confirming their age.

Food and Beverages:

3.1. The ticket includes a three-course Long Lunch provided by Relish Catering.

3.2. Beverages can be purchased from the bar during the event.

3.3. Patrons are not allowed to bring alcohol into the venue as it is a licensed premises.

Communication:

4.1. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

4.2. The email address provided during ticket purchase will be used for all event-related communication.

Dietary Requirements:

5.1. If you have any dietary requirements, please email [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to the event.

5.2. The Event Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements, but cannot guarantee the availability of specific dietary options.

Refunds and Rescheduling:

6.1. Tickets for the Long Lunch Event are non-refundable.

6.2. In the event of a rescheduled date, ticket holders will receive a credit to be used for the rescheduled event.

6.3. The credit must be used for the rescheduled event and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Feel free to give the ticket to someone else if you wish. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Event Cancellation:

7.1. The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Long Lunch Event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond their control.

7.2. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be notified via email, and the Event Organiser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event.

Liability:

8.1. The Event Organiser and its affiliates, partners, and sponsors shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expenses incurred during the Long Lunch Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing Law:

9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction.

Please carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions before purchasing a ticket for the Long Lunch Event. By purchasing a ticket, you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.


Nosh Narrabri 2025 Raffle – Terms & Conditions

  • Promoter: Nosh Narrabri Inc. Contact: [email protected]

  • Total prize pool: $7,348 (22 prizes). Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

  • Tickets: $5 each (discounts may apply for multiple ticket purchases). Tickets available online via the Nosh Narrabri website.

  • Eligibility: Open to Australian residents aged 18+. By purchasing a ticket you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • Draw: Conducted electronically at the Nosh Narrabri Food & Drink Festival, held at the parklands behind Ovals No. 2 & 3, Tibbereena St, Narrabri NSW 2390.

  • Notification: Winners will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw and published on the Nosh Narrabri website and/or social media.

  • Collection/Delivery: Prizes can be collected at the Festival or from The Tourist Hotel Narrabri within 3 months. Winners outside Narrabri may request delivery within Australia (postage at winner’s cost). Unclaimed prizes after 3 months will be forfeited or redrawn.

  • Compliance: This raffle is conducted under NSW Community Gaming laws. Prize pool is under $30,000, therefore no permit is required. A minimum of 40% of proceeds will support Nosh Narrabri’s not-for-profit activities.

  • Liability: The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize acceptance, including items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Prize Restrictions: Recipients of food hampers containing alcohol must be aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required on collection or delivery.

  • Privacy: Entrant details are used only for administering the raffle and contacting winners.
